Since all our products are digital in nature and access is granted immediately upon purchase, we follow a strict but fair refund policy. By completing a purchase on our platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms of this Refund & Cancellation Policy.
1. Refund Eligibility
Refund requests will only be considered if they meet ALL of the following conditions:
- •The refund request is submitted within 24 hours of the original transaction date and time.
- •The purchased course or content has NOT been accessed, viewed, or consumed beyond 10% of the total material.
- •The request is sent from the registered email ID associated with your ApexDhan account.
- •Valid proof of payment (transaction ID / payment screenshot) is provided.
Important: After the 24-hour window has passed, no refund request will be entertained under any circumstances, regardless of the reason.
2. Non-Refundable Items
The following purchases are strictly non-refundable under all circumstances:
- •Courses or packages where more than 10% of the content has been viewed or accessed.
- •Live webinars, masterclasses, workshops, or any real-time sessions — once attended.
- •Downloadable materials, PDF guides, e-books, or any digital assets that have been downloaded.
- •Certificates issued upon course completion.
- •Bonus content, tools, templates, or resources shared post-purchase.
- •Purchases made using special discount codes, coupon codes, or promotional offers.
- •Any package or plan purchased through an affiliate referral link.
3. Deductions on Approved Refunds
In the rare event that a refund request is approved, the following charges will be deducted from the refund amount before processing:
3.1 Payment Gateway Fee
• A payment gateway processing fee of 5% of the total transaction amount will be deducted. This charge is levied by the payment gateway provider and is non-recoverable by ApexDhan.
3.2 Commission Deduction
• Any commission, referral bonus, or incentive that has been credited to the referring affiliate or to the user's own account as a result of this purchase will be fully deducted from the refund amount.
• This includes both the referrer's commission and any self-earned rewards tied to the transaction.
3.3 Administrative / Processing Fee
• An administrative processing fee of 5% of the transaction value will be deducted to cover internal operational costs.
Summary Example: If your purchase amount is ₹1,000 — the refund amount after deductions (gateway fee 5% + admin fee 5% + applicable commission) could be significantly lower. ApexDhan is not liable for the difference.
4. How to Request a Refund
To initiate a refund request, please send an email to Support@apexdhan.com within 24 hours of your purchase with the following details:
- •Full Name (as registered on ApexDhan)
- •Registered Email ID
- •Transaction ID / Payment Receipt (screenshot)
- •Date and Time of Purchase
- •Name of Course / Package Purchased
- •Reason for Refund Request
Incomplete requests or requests sent after the 24-hour window will not be processed. ApexDhan reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any refund.
5. Refund Processing Time
Once a refund request is approved after review:
- •The refund will be credited to your original payment method (bank account, UPI, or card) within 7 to 10 business days.
- •The actual credit time may vary depending on your bank or payment gateway provider.
- •You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been processed from our end.
6. Cancellation Policy
ApexDhan does not offer cancellations for digital products once the order has been placed and payment has been confirmed. Since our products are digital and access is provided instantly, cancellations are not applicable after payment processing.
If you face a technical issue during payment or if you were charged twice for the same order, please contact us immediately at Support@apexdhan.com with payment proof, and we will investigate and resolve within 48 business hours.
7. Misuse of Refund Policy
ApexDhan strictly monitors refund requests and reserves the right to deny any request in the following cases:
- •Multiple or repeated refund claims from the same user account.
- •Evidence of misuse of coupon codes, affiliate links, or referral systems.
- •Unauthorized sharing, downloading, or redistribution of course content.
- •Any attempt to exploit, manipulate, or defraud the ApexDhan platform or its members.
Such actions may also result in immediate suspension or permanent termination of the user's account without any prior notice.
8. Policy Updates
ApexDhan reserves the right to modify, update, or revise this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time without prior notice. The updated policy will be effective immediately upon being posted on www.apexdhan.com. It is the user's responsibility to review this policy periodically.
